It would be very nice to get our complete order when we get our food to go. Got home and did not have my biscuits and gravy nor did we get our bacon. Our salads we ordered was just lettuce. I did not order 2 sides of lettuce lettuce, I asked for 2 salads. I did get the salads fixed before leaving the store. My niece ordered food from y'all 2 weeks ago and everything was completely wrong. This is strike 2 on your 3rd shift staff for us. I will be calling manager in a few hours and after I speak with him/her; I will also be asking for district managers phone number or for the manager to have the district manager to call me. This is very unacceptable and there is no excuse for this. Y'all charge us an extra fee for Togo orders therefore our order should be 100% the way we asked for it to be. I should not not have to go to a different Waffle House that always get our order right that is farther away from my home. I have waited tables for 20+ years and when you do a to go order you should always double or maybe triple check the order before the customer leaves. I know what your salary is and believe you should always be tipped, but at the same time you should give my to go order the same treatment as a customer you are serving in the restaurant. Let me also add that when we call back to report our order was in correct someone should pick up the phone. We have been calling for 2 hours and keep getting that the wireless customer is not receiving calls at the moment. Very very unacceptable.
I've been here a few times and have had "okay" service each time. However, today I went and had exceptional service from Amber!!!!. She was wonderful. So nice and soooooo helpful. All of our food was good and great prices.
The staff are lazy and the manager is a liar. Waited 22 minutes on the phone to order only to be hung up on without getting to place the order. I had time to drive from my house and was pulling into the parking spot when they hung up. Then the real wait began. Manager said she "had a conversation with the employee who hung up on you"... Yeah right.
Great service. The cook this morning made our food perfectly. We've been coming here for a few months somewhat regularly, and it is always a consistently good level of service and food quality.
My husband and I decided to have a fast quiet dinner. Our waitress was the most fake person I have met in a long time. She brought our soda and kept standing over us till we ordered. She didn't come back until she came with our plates. In the mean time we realized there was a person sitting with there head in their lap sleeping as well as a little boy running all around screaming and jumping all over the place. Evidently it is your stores practice of having employees bring their spawn to work with them. One of the waitress had these children with her while she worked, not caring if her son was bothering anyone. The waitress came and took my husband's plate looked at our empty cups and never bothered to ask or bring refills. When we went to pay another waitress asked if everything was good and I told her it would have been better if the waitress had brought refills and kept the young child from running around screaming and bothering paying customers. As my husband and I were getting in our car and driving away the waitress was walking inside the window giving us dirty looks and making hand signals at us. We will NEVER be back and will pass the word along about the horrible experience we had. You lost alot of business because our friends and family all live in this area.
